What does The Solo Launch Missions Script do?
The Solo Launch Missions Script is a YimMenu Lua script used solely for controlling GTA V’s mission controller systems so that missions can be launched in solo mode and so that there is also the capability to immediately determine the outcome of a mission. Unlike other methods for controlling missions such as using multi-player servers, playing through previous levels before attempting a new level, etc., this script controls the mission state directly via memory manipulation to give users immediate control of every mission regardless of what might limit access to that same type of control under normal gameplay conditions.
The script uses complex bit-manipulation functions to manipulate various flags associated with a mission’s state allowing for very fine-grained control of how a mission progresses and what happens once it has progressed. Through accessing GTA V’s two primary mission controller scripts (Legacy fm_mission_controller and 2020-era fm_mission_controller_2020) and modifying their respective memory offsets associated with the current mission state, the script offers completely version-independent functionality applicable to both gta v versions.

Master toggle for solo missions
Primary on/off switch for system
This script includes one checkbox labeled “solo missions” that enables/disables the entire set of features related to manipulating missions in solo mode. Once this checkbox is checked, the system will maintain multiple global/local variables at all times to ensure that when operating in solo mode, the system will operate correctly at all times during extended periods of use.
Persistent operation
Instead of requiring that the user individually enable/disable the various features provided for each mission, checking the main toggle box will Result in the application of comprehensive solo mission settings for all mission types. This simplifies the process of configuring options and reduces redundant configurations while still providing for very detailed customization through additional checkboxes.
Mission control functions
Skipping ahead to the next check point
Allows for immediate advancement to the next mission check point without first completing all of the objectives necessary to reach said check point. This function:
Determines which version of the mission controller is currently being utilized (fm_mission_controller or fm_mission_controller_2020).
Reads the current state of the mission from its corresponding memory location.
Sets bit 17 of the state variable (checkpoint skipping flag).
Write modified state variable back to game memory.
Immediately moves mission ahead to next check point.
Detection of appropriate memory offsets for each version
The script automatically determines which mission controller is currently operational and assigns the correct memory offset:
Legacy version: offset 19781+2 (fm_mission_controller)
2020 version: offset 52171+2 (fm_mission_controller_2020)
This flexible design means that no matter what version of gta v you are running, this script will always work without requiring multiple separate script versions.
Outcome control
Mission completed successfully – immediate success
Forces successful completion of a mission with all possible rewards whether or not any objectives were completed during gameplay. The function:
Clears global memory of any remaining mission string data.
Set the completion flag of the mission (bit 9).
Sets the finalization flag of the mission (bit 16).
Assigns max reward value available for the mission (999,999).
Sets the status of the mission to completion state 5.
Result: successful completion of mission with full rewards and statistics applied.
Mission failed – rapid failure mode
Triggers failure of a mission quickly to allow for rapid retry attempts or failure-based behavior tests.
Enable Solo Play
This script essentially removes the minimum player requirement to enter multiplayer missions. When you go to the “Solo Missions” tab, you can see a bunch of options that allow you to control how missions work.
By turning on “Enable Solo Missions”, the script will run a loop in the background that changes the game’s global variables to make the game think there’s only 1 player. It does this by changing the minimum players, players per team, and number of teams to 1. It also changes the minimum team size to 0, which prevents the mission from failing if you’re alone.
Control Mission Flow
There are also some buttons that change the status of the mission itself.
Skip to Next Checkpoint: This will activate server bitset 17 and advance the mission to the next stage. This can be used to skip any broken parts of a mission, or just parts that take too long to travel to.
Instant Finish: This will clear the next mission content id, set the next mission state to 5, set the team score to 999999, and activate server bitsets 9 and 16. This basically tells the game that you completed the mission and scored 999999 points.
Force Fail: If you want to leave a mission but don’t want to leave the lobby, click this button. It activates server bitsets 16 and 20 to fail the mission.
What Scenes/Content Can You Skip?
You can skip scenes in the middle of a mission, such as driving around in the open world or long cutscenes that you have no choice but to sit through. The easiest way to do this is to use the Skip to Next Checkpoint option, which will tell the game to complete the current objective and load the next one. This will skip the current part of the mission you’re on.
You can skip all of a mission’s scenes. Simply press the Instant Finish button, and the script will tell the game you’ve already completed the mission with a score of 999999, forcing it to complete immediately.
1. Diamond Casino Heist (Confirmed To Work)
The script has a patch called Casino Heist Patch, which is specifically for bypassing this heist. This patch will skip all of the preps for the heist and start the final setup immediately. You should turn this off after you complete the heist to prevent it from breaking the game.
2. Modern Heists/Contracts (Released After 2020)
The script has a patch for the fm_mission_controller_2020 handler. This means it should work for all missions that were added to the game since 2020. It also has a patch to skip preps. This means you should be able to skip any heists/missions that came out since 2020.
Cayo Perico Heist: Uses the 2020 mission controller. It’s possible to skip all of the island preps using either the Skip Prep Check option or the Instant Finish option.
Auto Shop Contracts (Los Santos Tuners): Normally, these contracts require you to complete 2 preps. Using the Skip Prep Check option will bypass these.
Agency VIP Contract (Dr Dre): Use the Skip to Next Checkpoint option to skip the intro video, or use the Instant Finish option to complete the mission immediately.
3. Freemode Business/Boss Missions
There’s a Launch Freemode Mission option that requires you to input the Mission ID and Variation. These missions are usually for CEOs and MC presidents. They require you to be registered as a boss to start them. They also require you to have purchased the respective businesses.
VIP/CEO Work: Missions like Headhunter, Sightseer, and Hostile Takeover are for CEOs. You can skip them using the Launch Freemode Mission option. Alternatively, you can use the Instant Finish option to skip the mission entirely.
MC Business Sell/Resupply Missions: You can use the Instant Finish option to skip these. The script will set your team score to 999999 and activate the server bits to mark the mission as complete.
How to use this Script :
- Download the Script from here, give a exclusion to your defender in your PC otherwise it might get not load or even get deleted
- Once its locally saved in your PC, Launch GTA V Legacy and Inejcet Yim Menu Latest One. once its installed then load into any freemode session either Solo or Private
- Then Open the Menu by Press “INSERT” key and Navigate to settings tab and open the LUA Scripts folder open Yim Menu Folder YimMenu/Scripts Here paste the script file there
- Once you have Copied the script file into the destination then reload the Menu or Lua scripts you can able to see the new title named Solo Mission checkmark the toggle under the Heists tab and Done
- Once you start any Missions it Skips without any requirement of any addiotional Players
